About Our Client

Our client, a leading company in the Consumer Goods industry, is seeking a highly skilled IT Network Analyst to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented IT professional to provide technical support and maintenance for our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Network Setup and Support: Coordinate the setup of new hires, including provisioning hardware, software, and access rights.
  2. Offboarding Procedures: Execute IT offboarding procedures for departing employees, ensuring the return of company assets and data security.
  3. IT Orientations: Conduct IT orientations for new hires, delivering hands-on training and guidance on basic IT tools, systems, and best practices.
  4. End-User Support: Provide remote and on-site end-user IT support, addressing technical issues promptly and professionally.
  5. Network Troubleshooting: Resolve first-line IT support tasks related to end-user support, network, software, and telecom systems.
  6. Documentation: Document all tasks within service desk software (JIRA), maintaining comprehensive records of support requests and solutions.
  7. Internal and End-User Documentation: Maintain internal and end-user documentation to ensure accurate and accessible information.
  8. Hardware and Software Support: Provision and support desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring they meet organizational standards and security requirements.
  9. Network Cabling and Server Support: Install and troubleshoot structured network cabling and server rack patch panel installations.
  10. POS System Support: Install and troubleshoot MyPOS stations/equipment for IRI initiatives (Warehouse sales) and new FOCs (Factory Outlet Centers).
  11. Printer and Multifunction Device Support: Set up and configure access to shared printers, multifunction devices, and packing line printers.
  12. Desktop and Laptop Support: Perform fixes to desktops and laptops including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware peripherals, and configuring systems and applications.
  13. IP Camera Support: Install and configure IP cameras.
  14. After-Hours Support: Provide after-hours support during scheduled on-call rotations escalating issues to the team as required.
  15. Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service and support to non-technical users, ensuring their IT needs are met promptly and with professionalism.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in network engineering or executing administrative tasks and security at the direction of IT lead.
  3. Technical Skills: 3-5 years experience with subscription software, MS Exchange, MS 365, On-Premise AS 400, Active Directory and more.
  4. Hardware Experience: Hardware experience with Meraki servers, MyPOS and Global Payment Retail systems preferred.
  5. Network Configuration: 3-5 years experience in configuring Retail store network and warehouse including cabling and electrical.
  6. Project Management: Ability to plan and organize IT projects.
  7. Incident Management: Ability to administer, manage, and maintain Incident log including incident resolution.
  8. Communication and Self-Management: Great communication skills and great self-management skills.
