About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Enablement Solutions Specialist to join our team at Molson Coors. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the adoption, training, and support of our Commercial Solutions across all Commercial Teams, ensuring seamless integration and effective use of tools and processes.
  • Validate data integration and ensure proper maintenance of our Commercial Solutions, including Anaplan, to support various Commercial processes such as Commercial Planning, Forecasting, Pricing, Marketing Investment, G&A budgeting, Financials, and more.
  • Forecast user licensing usage and manage security profiles, ensuring data accuracy and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, and implement process improvements to enhance Commercial Operations.
Requirements
  • University degree with a focus on IT, Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in User Support, Change Management, and at least one field of expertise related to Commercial Teams (Finance, Sales, Strategy, Marketing); CPG company experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Strong presentation skills, ability to effectively communicate to Commercial teams of different backgrounds.
  • Advanced Excel skills and highly proficient in Microsoft 365 suite is a plus.
  • Anaplan experience is a plus.
