We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our Calgary-based HR team, reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to drive business outcomes and support the development of high-performing teams throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness
- Provide HR consulting services to support business objectives and initiatives
- Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement talent management strategies
- Conduct analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR business partnering or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
