Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at HUH GA NE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
    • Conduct performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and responsible environment.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operational Planning
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 hours per week.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and will be required to stand for extended periods.
