Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Boston Pizza International Inc. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a clean and efficient restaurant environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through regular feedback and coaching
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
