About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizzahut Martensville. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain a Positive Work Environment
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays
    • Establish work schedules
  • Support Diversity and Inclusion
    • Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities
    • Applies accessible and inclusive recruitment policies that accommodate persons with disabilities
  • Support Newcomers and Refugees
    • Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees
