Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Martensville. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure seamless execution of our menu.
- Train and develop our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Ensure quality control of food and service to meet our high standards.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide our team.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
