Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Martensville. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Maintain quality control standards by ensuring that food and service meet our high standards.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide staff.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality food and service.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
