Job Opportunity

Safe Engineering Services & technologies Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support sales team members, providing guidance and suggestions to enhance work organization and productivity.
  • Liaise with sales team members and colleagues from other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate customers' technical and non-technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales and revenue growth, reviewing and verifying sales contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Respond to customer service, sales, and support inquiries, both written and over the phone, providing exceptional customer experience.
  • Participate in the preparation of sales and marketing materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with management to develop and implement strategic plans, driving business growth and success.

Requirements

  • Ability to make informed decisions independently.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who are primarily based outside Quebec.
  • Acceptable written and spoken French.
  • Strong technical and business awareness, with the ability to learn new products and technologies quickly.
  • Excellent management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Knowledge of other languages and software programming skills are considered advantages, but not required.
