Become a Leader in Primary Care Nursing
Northern Health Authority is seeking a committed Registered Nurse to lead our Primary Care team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care. As a Nurse Team Supervisor, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure ethical and proficient care for patients and their families.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor interprofessional teams
- Work in partnership with Physicians and Nurse Practitioners
- Encourage ongoing education and effective communication
- Assist individuals and families in achieving their health goals
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience
- Registered with the BC College of Nursing Professionals
- Possession of a valid Driver's License
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and management capabilities
- Ability to foster person-centered care
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in teaching and innovative practices
