About the Role

Crop Intelligence is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Agronomist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our vendors, customers, and insight collaborators to grow the awareness of our Crop Intelligence insights, subscriptions, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with vendors to set and execute sales goals, driving the growth of our hardware and subscription offerings.
  • Manage leads from referral partners, tradeshows, and online referrals through the sales cycle.
  • Be the primary contact for sales programming offered by Crop Intelligence.
  • Train and engage vendors, customers, and collaborators on the insights delivered by our product, helping end customers capture their full Water Driven Yield Potential.
  • Support the product in the field to ensure high-quality data collection, driving accurate insights.
Requirements
  • Understand that business is a team sport and thrive in a team environment, seeking wins for both sides in all interactions.
  • Have a passion for agronomy, seeking new insights by connecting data generated from our hardware to solve real-world problems.
  • Want to continually develop your skills, having achieved a bachelor's degree, CCA, and/or P.AG, and staying connected to new developments in the world of agronomy.
  • Have past experience working directly with decision-makers on the farm or at farm retailers or dealers, with a minimum of three years of experience.
  • Have a high drive to succeed within a flexible schedule, working remotely in your territory.
