About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient function and independence
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders
  • Manage caseload in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
  • Registration with Ontario's Provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • Experience in assessing and treating adults with complex conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with computers and new technology
