Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our project and contract administration teams. In this role, you will assist in the dissemination and coordination of both technical and administrative information related to projects, ensuring that all documentation is completed and filed in accordance with project deliverables and NORR's standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and distribute project deliverables and timelines across all phases of the project
  • Oversee the project document control and exchange process, collaborating with both internal and external team members
  • Maintain a schedule for key documentation milestones, including Shop Drawings, RFIs, and Certificates of Payment
  • Participate in internal project meetings; document and circulate minutes, and follow up on critical action items
  • Order, print, and upload project drawings, ensuring all necessary seals and stamps are applied before distribution to stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and senior management

Essential Skills

  • Strong understanding of the architectural and engineering consulting sectors
  • Clear verbal communication skills, both in individual and group settings
  • Proficient in writing reports and creating clear, well-edited documents
  • Advanced computer skills for generating reports, documents, and presentations, with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant Architecture or Engineering discipline
