Our dedicated team utilizes a comprehensive knowledge base of program metrics that includes various integrated developments, such as transit-oriented and community-focused projects, low-, mid-, and high-rise apartments, adaptive reuse, townhomes, affordable housing, and senior living.

Position Overview

We are currently in search of a Project Coordinator who will collaborate with project and contract administration teams to facilitate the distribution and coordination of both technical and administrative information related to projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that all documentation is completed and filed in alignment with project deliverables and NORR's standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and distribute project deliverables and timelines across all phases of the project
  • Oversee the project document control and exchange process, engaging with both internal and external team members
  • Maintain a schedule for critical documentation, including Shop Drawings, RFIs, and Certificates of Payment
  • Participate in internal project meetings; document and circulate minutes, and follow up on key action items
  • Order, print, and upload project drawings, ensuring that all necessary seals and stamps are applied before distribution
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and senior management
Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of the architectural and engineering consulting sectors
  • Clear verbal communication skills, whether in one-on-one interactions, group settings, or over the phone
  • Proficient in writing reports and creating clear, well-edited documents
  • Advanced computer skills for generating reports, documents, and presentations, with a strong command of Microsoft Office software
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant Architecture or Engineering discipline
Experience Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant project experience
