The Senior Project Manager, Construction, is essential in managing all aspects of construction initiatives. This role requires effective collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, municipal authorities, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the construction workflow by establishing project objectives, pinpointing critical milestones, and directing the timeline for each phase
  • Assess, prioritize, and strategize around potential risks and technical obstacles
  • Identify and allocate resources necessary for successful project execution
  • Facilitate design and coordination sessions
  • Liaise with partners, consultants, construction management personnel, and local government representatives
  • Supervise project budgets, forecasting expenditures, and updating the team on project status
  • Manage development processes, including permit submissions and architectural drawings
  • Direct consultant collaboration and meetings
  • Perform project evaluations and compile necessary documentation

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and organizational capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Strong resilience and capability to work under pressure
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in High-Rise or Multi-Residential construction
  • A degree in planning, engineering, architecture, or construction management

Physical Requirements:

This position necessitates a mix of sitting, standing, walking, and occasionally lifting items. Visual capabilities, including close vision and depth perception, are essential for this role.
