About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Home Builder to join our team at DC& F Corp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations

Assess and improve the efficiency of our residential construction processes to ensure timely completion of projects.

Inspect Subcontractor Work

Conduct regular site visits to ensure that subcontractors are meeting quality and safety standards.

Plan and Manage Budgets

Develop and implement comprehensive budgets for residential construction projects, ensuring that costs are aligned with project goals.

Develop and Implement Financial and Operating Plans

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for residential construction operations.

Work with Customers, Architects, and Engineers

Communicate effectively with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure that project plans and specifications are met.

Prepare Project Schedules

Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of residential construction projects.

Write Progress Reports

Prepare regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting project milestones and achievements.

Coordinate Work Activities

Ensure that all work activities are coordinated to meet project deadlines and budgets.

Supervision
  • Contractors

Supervise and manage a team of contractors to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.

Staff in Various Areas of Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of staff in various areas of responsibility, including project management, quality control, and customer service.

Work Term

This is a permanent position, offering a stable and secure career path for the right candidate.

Work Language

The primary language of work is English.

Hours

The standard working hours are 40 hours per week.
