About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner at Crédit Agricole CIB. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical leadership role in guiding and enhancing HR operations, driving business results, and promoting a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute HR Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the bank's objectives, promoting a culture of high performance and strong employee engagement.
  • Lead Talent Management Programs: Direct comprehensive recruitment processes, including strategic headcount planning, talent management, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Manage Employee Relations: Coach managers on performance issues, partner with external counsel as needed for internal investigations, and manage employee relations to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Oversee Compensation and Benefits: Ensure compensation and benefits decisions are aligned with market data and performance, and manage annual promotion exercises.
  • Champion Diversity and Inclusion: Foster an environment of respect and belonging, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Ensure Legal Compliance: Manage mobility and career development opportunities, and ensure legal compliance with Quebec labor laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience in the financial industry, preferably covering sales and trading functions, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Proven track record of partnering with senior executives, exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience using HR metrics for decision-making.
