Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Vention. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through effective HR strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in Technology, Product, and Operations, providing strategic HR guidance to support business objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Talent Management
    • Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs.
  • Organizational Development
    • Partner with leaders to design and implement organizational structures that promote agility, scalability, and innovation. Drive change management initiatives and support the evolution of the organization's culture.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, ensuring a positive work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their best work.
  • Performance Management
    • Oversee the performance management process for the Technology, Product, and Operations teams, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.
  • HR Programs and Initiatives
    • Implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic priorities, such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employee well-being.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions, identify trends, and develop proactive solutions to address challenges within the Technology, Product, and Operations functions.
  • Compliance and Best Practices
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay current with industry best practices and trends, integrating them into the HR strategy where applicable.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting Technology, Product, or Operations functions.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience in a technology-driven or innovative environment is highly desirable.
