Job Title: Vice President of Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead strategic initiatives and cultivate a culture of excellence as the Vice President of Human Resources Business Partner at Crédit Agricole CIB. This key leadership role requires a seasoned HR leader to oversee various HR functions impacting talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the bank's goals to drive high performance and enhance employee engagement.
  • Lead Recruitment Processes: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations to attract top talent.
  • Implement Onboarding and Offboarding Programs: Design and implement innovative onboarding and offboarding programs for seamless employee transitions, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
  • Talent Management and Development: Oversee talent management programs, performance evaluations, succession planning, and leadership development to identify and develop future leaders.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Manage employee relations, providing guidance on performance concerns and collaborating with legal counsel when necessary to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Supervise compensation, benefits, promotions, and ensure alignment with market standards and performance metrics to attract and retain top talent.
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR issues and initiatives, providing expert guidance to drive business results.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion to create a culture of respect and belonging, fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, oversee mobility and career advancement opportunities, and drive organizational change and continuous improvement as a change agent.
