Coveo is seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner. As a trusted advisor to our Sales and Marketing teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build deep, trusting relationships with senior leadership across Canada, the US, Europe, and Australia, providing coaching and sound advice to drive business results.
  2. Talent Management: Take ownership of talent management for your Business Unit, including performance assessment, identifying top talent, career pathing, succession planning, and effective performance management.
  3. Business Intelligence: Leverage data to monitor and diagnose problems at their root, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  4. Change Management: Represent your Business Units' interests and concerns when collaborating with corporate HR, leading the implementation of corporate programs, policies, and initiatives with a focus on change management.
  5. Transformational Leadership: Directly contribute to and lead certain transformational, cross-departmental projects, driving change management by aligning HR strategies with business goals and facilitating effective communication.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record as a senior HR professional, consistently adding value as a trusted business partner. You will possess:

  • Prior experience working with Sales & Marketing Executive leadership.
  • A crisp understanding of the business' strategic priorities and levers.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French, with the ability to engage with customer groups across North America and Europe.

This is a full-time role, requiring you to be based in one of our locations, including Quebec, Montreal, Weert, or London. While remote work is possible, you may be required to travel for in-person team-building events.
