Culinary Operations Manager

Dexterra Group is in search of a Culinary Operations Manager to enhance our team. This position entails overseeing culinary functions across multiple sites, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor kitchen personnel
  • Develop and execute training initiatives
  • Work in partnership with leadership to meet organizational objectives
  • Oversee menu development and food budgeting
  • Guarantee client satisfaction and uphold quality standards
  • Implement safety measures and protocols

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a G class driver's license
  • 5-8 years of experience in culinary settings
  • 2-4 years in roles such as First Cook or Sous Chef
  • 1-2 years of experience in a managerial capacity within a kitchen
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Current First Aid Certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive demeanor with effective leadership capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and resolve issues
  • Outstanding organizational abilities
