Culinary Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee our culinary operations at T.L HOLDINGS INC. This role is essential in ensuring that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Employment Details- Job Type: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
Preferred candidates will have completed their education at a College/CEGEP.
Work Environment- Conditions: Noisy and hot environment typical of a fast-paced kitchen.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Train team members on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Recruit and hire food service personnel.
- Ensure food quality and service meet established standards.
- Prepare budget forecasts and cost estimates.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Compile food order summaries for the chef.
- Possess knowledge of the culinary styles relevant to the establishment.
- Oversee the assembly of trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish work schedules and manage kitchen operations effectively.
Manage a team of 3-4 individuals.
Work Conditions- Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work under pressure.
- Prolonged periods of standing.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
Ideal candidates will be strong team players.
Experience RequirementsMinimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is required.
