Customer Engagement
- Enhance the customer journey by ensuring prompt inventory management and placement on the sales floor.
- Exemplify effective selling techniques to inspire confidence in team members and elevate their selling skills.
- Advocate for company initiatives such as loyalty programs, exclusive products, and seasonal offers.
- Deliver an outstanding omni-channel experience by facilitating in-store eCommerce transactions and fulfilling online orders within established service standards.
- Provide guidance and support to address performance gaps and offer continuous feedback for team improvement.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the team, leading productive Shift Starter meetings and training sessions.
- Guide team members in executing exceptional Customer Experience, proactively resolving customer issues.
- Lead the team by consistently coaching and following up to ensure adherence to service model standards for every customer interaction.
- Effectively resolve issues, delegate responsibilities, and monitor progress on tasks assigned to team members.
- Foster a positive and motivating workplace atmosphere.
- Act as a brand representative, embodying the values and culture of Mark's.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities as part of managerial duties.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop both department and store teams through clear expectations, communication, and ongoing support.
- Proven capability to create and manage a daily operational plan for the department and store.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Strong training and mentoring expertise.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail is required.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a strong drive for success.
- Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
