Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza - Regent St. Fredericton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality and safety, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
