The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead operational excellence across our organization, promoting data-driven decision-making and solving complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-functional special projects to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Evaluate current processes and workflows, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
  • Optimize the use of internal systems, driving efficiencies in business processes and internal reporting.
  • Assist in evaluating IT system and infrastructure enhancements.
  • Enhance systems, processes, and practices to improve internal reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Gather KPI data and prepare reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Optimize knowledge management systems, ensuring information is stored and shared effectively.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance internal business process documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in a continuous improvement environment.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other applications that support business automation and operational excellence.
  • A track record of driving operational excellence, efficiencies, and improvements to business processes.
  • Experience in enhancing systems to drive improved reporting and results.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and a deep understanding of operational business processes.
