About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Saboo Consultancy Ltd. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and improving the operational efficiency of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Improve Operational Efficiency

Conduct thorough analysis of our business operations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop and Implement Process Improvements

Design and implement process improvements to streamline our operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

Provide Data-Driven Insights

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide data-driven insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including management, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of business operations.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in business operations, management consulting, or a related field.

Skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Language

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
