Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Contribute to the development of the annual operating budget, goals, and objectives for each department, and monitor their performance.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of the organization's financial performance against budget, financial, and operational goals. Provide short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.

- Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: 5-10+ years' experience in a related field.
- Skills: Self-starter, results-oriented, and the ability to act with a high sense of urgency. Strong finance and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Ability to energize, empower, and engage the team to get results.
- Leadership Skills: Works well in a team and ability to deal with conflict and adversity when leading teams through change. Must demonstrate ability to organize and prioritize. Experience with project management tools and processes.
- Communication Skills: Strong skills in management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. Must have demonstrated results for effective execution and influence.
