- Works well in a team and ability to deal with conflict and adversity when leading teams through change.
- Must demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize. Experience with project management tools and processes.
- Strong skills in management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Must have demonstrated results for effective execution and influence.
