Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
- Strategic Planning
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
- Operations and Logistics
- Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and staff scheduling
- Customer Service
- Oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons
- Education
- College/CEGEP degree or equivalent
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
