About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Brar's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our high standards are met.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, tracking expenses and revenue to ensure the financial health of our restaurant.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week
