About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team at BC Building Products Ltd. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient operation of our sales and distribution functions, including inventory management and logistics.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to drive business results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales and distribution management.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and a strong team player attitude.
