We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team at BC Building Products Ltd. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement plans to drive sales growth and increase market share for new product lines.
  • Establish Sales Policies: Develop and maintain sales policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in sales operations.
  • Lead Sales Team: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Organize Regional Operations: Oversee the organization and coordination of regional sales operations to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Direct and Evaluate Sales Activities: Direct and evaluate the activities of the sales department to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
