About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team at BC Building Products Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Determine and implement strategic plans to expand our product lines and increase market share.
  • Organizational Development: Establish and maintain organizational policies and procedures to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and negotiate sales contracts.
  • Regional Operations: Organize and direct regional and divisional sales operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
  • Cross-Cultural Training: Develop and implement diversity and cross-cultural training programs to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers, refugees, and Indigenous workers.
  • Awareness Training: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales and distribution management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
