Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
- Regional Sales Operations: Organize regional and divisional sales operations and plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments.
- Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train and manage staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, organized, and team player.
- Diversity and Cross-Cultural Training: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
- Youth Support: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Indigenous Support: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
Working Conditions: Permanent position, 40 hours per week, English language, and standard working hours.
