Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Universal Health Pharmacy. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Authorize payments, process returns, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to relocate, with relocation costs not covered by the employer.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
