Sales Account Executive for Reflective Materials

Position Overview:

3M is recognized for its dedication to innovation and fostering a culture of creativity. In the role of Sales Account Executive within the ISD Division, your primary focus will be on enhancing sales performance of 3MTM ScotchliteTM Reflective Materials across various regions including Quebec, Maritimes, Ottawa, and Eastern USA. This position entails engaging with end-user accounts, converters, and distributors to boost product presence in the garment safety sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance sales performance within the designated territory and cultivate new end-user clientele.
  • Safeguard existing business relationships with current customers.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders in the customer supply chain to ensure satisfaction.
  • Deliver training presentations to customers to effectively promote 3M products.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to advocate for worker visibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 4 years of sales experience, or a High School diploma/GED accompanied by 8 years of sales experience.
  • A valid driver's license and passport are required.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in business or marketing.
  • Five years of demonstrated sales experience.
  • Expertise in driving sales growth and technical selling capabilities.
  • Experience in both end-user and distribution sales.
  • Professional aptitude for managing challenging customer interactions.
  • Relevant knowledge of products and industry standards.

Language Proficiency: English and French are preferred.

Work Arrangement: Eligible for remote work within Quebec and Ontario.

Travel Requirements: Up to 50% domestic and international travel may be necessary.
