Sales Account Executive for Reflective Materials

Position Overview:

As a Sales Account Executive at 3M, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the sales of 3MTM ScotchliteTM Reflective Materials across various regions including Quebec, the Maritimes, Ottawa, and the Eastern USA. This position is centered on enhancing market presence through collaboration with end-users, converters, and distributors in the garment safety sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand sales within the designated territory while acquiring new end-user clients.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to secure ongoing business.
  • Engage with all stakeholders in the customer supply chain to ensure satisfaction.
  • Deliver training sessions to customers to effectively promote 3M products.
  • Work alongside regulatory bodies to enhance worker visibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum of 4 years of sales experience, or a High School diploma/GED with 8 years of sales experience.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and passport.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in business or marketing.
  • At least five years of successful sales experience.
  • Expertise in driving sales growth and technical selling.
  • Experience in both end-user and distribution sales.
  • Strong capability to manage challenging customer interactions.
  • Relevant knowledge of products and industry trends.

Language Proficiency: English and French are preferred.

Work Arrangement: This role is eligible for remote work within Quebec and Ontario.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
