About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at 1262688 B.C. LTD. as an Operations Specialist. This is a permanent position that requires a high level of administrative expertise and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Operations

  • Team Management

  • Training and Development

  • Supervision
    • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure they are running smoothly.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of office support staff.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Setting
    • Urban area with various locations.
  • Transportation/Travel Information
    • Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
