About the Role

Ron's Drywall Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and prepared.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our company and services.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
