Job Overview:

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for identifying and building new business relationships and driving sales growth through an existing network or generating new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the President to develop consultative strategies to leverage the SMG training programs for potential clients

Develop, negotiate, and close sales opportunities

Requirements:

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B experience in a sales or entrepreneurial environment

Experience as a trainer, facilitator, coach, or entrepreneur in the Talent Management area

Self-managing, goal-oriented with a passion for sales and a track record of closing opportunities
