Culinary Operations Supervisor

The Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team at HAKKA BOYZ. This position requires a blend of leadership, organization, and a commitment to quality service.
Educational Requirements- Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
This role is situated within a vibrant food service establishment, where teamwork and efficiency are paramount.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational activities.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Applicants should have a minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
