Job Title: Registered Nurse - Full Time

Bayshore HealthCare is a leading provider of home and community health care services in Canada. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in a Full Time capacity.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse with Bayshore HealthCare, you will provide skilled clinical care to clients in their homes. Your duties will include providing palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching chronic disease prevention. You will work independently, with the autonomy to provide a holistic approach to care while increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship, and preceptorship programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled clinical care to clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Leap Training, Palliative Certificate, considered an asset
