Bayshore Home Care Solutions, Niagara Branch is looking for Full Time Registered Nurses (RN). Our Nurses enjoy an environment that gives priority to their flexibility but at the same time fully utilizing their nursing skill sets. If you are looking for a nursing environment that demands critical thinking on complex care and advance wound care to name a few, then this role may be for you.
In this Visit position, duties will include providing skilled clinical care in the client home setting.
Two Full Time RN openings
Gaurnteed Hours Bi-weekly
Schedule includes weekdays + every other weekend rotation + on-call rotation
Drivers license and car required, due to the nature of this traveling position to client homes
As an RN, make a difference everyday by providing the highest quality of nursing care to our clients in their community. This includes but not limited to palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching chronic disease prevention.
As the primary care planner to your clients, you have the autonomy and flexibility to provide a holistic approach to care while increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship and preceptorship programs.
You are the nursing care expert for your community. With our efficient work schedules, you will be focused more on care time and less travel time.

Registered Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Leap Training, Palliative Certificate, considered an Asset
