Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse - Community Care Specialist

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide high-quality community nursing care to clients in the Delhi area of Norfolk County. As a Community Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values flexibility and autonomy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in visit nursing and shift clients. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to clients, including palliative, pediatric, wound care, and health teaching. Our comprehensive training, mentorship, and preceptorship programs will support your growth and development as a nurse.
