Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client information and care plans
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in Ontario
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Updated immunization records and clear criminal background check
