Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dino's Pizza Summerside. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run efficiently and effectively.
Inventory ManagementRequisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock levels and ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Staff Supervision and TrainingSupervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
Quality ControlEnsure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Reporting and Record KeepingPrepare and submit reports on inventory levels, sales, and other key performance indicators, maintaining accurate records of our food service operations.
Working Conditions- Work Environment
Our food service department is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Work ScheduleOur food service operations are open 7 days a week, requiring our staff to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Team SizeWe have a team of 3-4 people, working together to ensure the smooth operation of our food service department.
