Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dino's Pizza Summerside. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Staff Management
    • Train and develop food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff to meet business needs
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Dino's Pizza Summerside, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 staff members and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
