This position is ideal for recent graduates with internship or co-op experience, or individuals with approximately one year of experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk who are eager to advance their careers in Finance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Execute month-end processes including billing, resident payments, and refunds
  • Play an active role in the collections process
  • Generate financial reports, perform analyses, and clarify variances in A/R metrics
  • Review billings prepared by various communities and business units
  • Present KPI's with insightful analysis
  • Demonstrate initiative and support collection efforts independently

Required Education & Experience:

  • College Diploma or University Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • A minimum of 3 years of business experience in a comparable role (preferably with A/R experience in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly intermediate skills in Excel including formulas and lookups
  • Familiarity with AR/AP Systems - Experience with Yardi is advantageous
  • Strong accuracy and analytical skills in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation abilities
