Job Description:

The Assistant Snow School Director will be responsible for assisting the efficient day-to-day operation of the Snow School department and leading their team in providing the highest level of customer service. This individual will also be tasked with creating and implementing directives and initiatives within the Snow School to support the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of supervisors and instructors to ensure seamless delivery of snow school programs and services.
  • Monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize departmental budgets and resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align departmental goals with company objectives and drive business results.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and drive business performance.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to support their professional development and career growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement within the Snow School department.

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of experience in snow school management, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of snow school operations, including program development, marketing, and customer service.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office and snow school scheduling software.

5 days on/2 days off
