Responsabilités

Le chef de projet restaurant est responsable de l'analyse du budget pour booster et maintenir les profits de la restauration. Il développe un budget pour déterminer les coûts des aliments, des ingrédients, des boissons, des fournitures de cuisine et de nettoyage. Il évalue les opérations quotidiennes et modifie les méthodes de préparation des aliments et les prix du menu en fonction du budget de la restauration. Il surveille les revenus pour déterminer les coûts du personnel et supervise les employés. Il planifie et organise les opérations quotidiennes, fixe les horaires de travail des employés et les supervise. Il forme les employés et détermine le type de services à offrir et met en œuvre les procédures opérationnelles. Il négocie les arrangements avec les fournisseurs pour les aliments et les autres fournitures. Il répond aux plaintes ou préoccupations des clients.
